I agree 100% with the above review. I have done extensive checking of her claims in her books. She has completely falsified much info and lied about "new versions" to make them look bad. She gets away with this because many of her following don't check her work for themselves...a sad fact. Why are so many Christians so undiscerning when it comes to smiling false teachers?? More people need to check her work or talk to people who have checked it. She shouldn't be getting away with the blatant lies in her books. God rejects lying, for any reason. Every page in New Age Versions has errors, misquotations, etc. on them. She is either a very sloppy researcher or a bald-faced liar--both are bad and Christians should not be supporting her or giving her any money. Why do Christians want to reward such a wicked person?

What a shame
While I realize this video took place some time ago, it still saddens and pains me to see it pop up on a place like Lamb Lion. We need to be discerning about what it is we back.
There are too many misrepresentations to go into but I will try to illustrate a few. The circular reasoning starts right off the bat and repeats throughout with the assumption that the King James is the standard/word of God only and not the original texts. Why cant we take the NASB and claim that the KJV Added so many words? Its the same logic.
It amazes that she was still running around (many people tried correcting her on this point) claiming that the NIV was equating Shining star in Isaiah 14 with Jesus. If she could read Hebrew perhaps she could tell what “llyh” means? Of course in another interview she claims she knows Latin better than Latin scholars as well.
She viciously attacks and misrepresents BF Westcott by accusing him of being a “spiritualist” and “trying to contact the dead”. In so doing she knowingly (page 677 of her “book”) ascribes the actions of W.W. Westcott a mortician to BF Westcott all because his son once said that his “B”s looked like “W”s, is flatly dishonest. It shows in the fact that WW Westcott’s book was published 10 years AFTER BF Westcott died. This misrepresentation and attack can only be purposeful. This point alone disqualifies her from being a teacher.

Gail Riplinger had to admit in a radio can not read Greek or Hebrew, (while that doesn't disqualify anyone from service, how much can they be trusted to judge the accuracy of translations when they themselves cant translate?) she knows nothing of translation methodology (which is painfully obvious) and what she does know she misrepresents. She claimed God gave her through special revelation and “He was gonna take me aside, just like he did Ezekiel” in Testimony, Question and Answer – A tape she sells on her website wherein she also claims, "the Devil whispered in my ear" . I thought bearing false witness was a sin not a qualification for judging bible translations.
